Capture
Crawft records the working day on every enrolled Mac in your organization. App focus, what was written, what was visited, when the machine sat idle — in the background, without interrupting anyone.
Not everything, and we are specific about it rather than saying “everything and trust us”: not the microphone, not the camera, not a password field. Audio capture is built and switched off by a gate no customer can open — the one place it ever ran was the developer's own Mac, before that gate existed. Distill
All that raw activity gets turned into a clean, visual timeline of the day. Every block is labeled, color-coded, and tied back to what the user was actually working on.
Record
The day comes back written down, hour by hour: what was open, what was written, what was read — every line tied to the captured evidence behind it, so you can check it rather than take it on faith.
No score. No ranking. No verdict on whether someone was productive — that call is yours to make, and Crawft refuses to make it for you. Accuracy is the product.
